All our courses run live & online, so we recommend you attend this way instead. New locations and dates are added regularly, so keep an eye on the public course list. 

Scrum.org Assessment & Certification

Up to 2 attempts. Participants of official Scrum.org training classes who attempt the assessment within 14 days of receiving the password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.
The Scrum.org assessments are optional and taken online in your own time after your course is complete.
Scrum.org assessments can be carried out from any internet-connected computer.

Live Course Logistics

We send out full joining instructions around 7 days before the start date of the course. For in-person courses, we advise you to wait to receive this email before booking transport or accommodation.
Courses are conducted in English, unless otherwise stated in the course description.
Course hours are 09:00 to 17:00 in the country/time zone listed, unless otherwise stated in the course description.
You will be advised what to bring when you receive the course joining instructions via email. Most courses do not require you to bring anything. Laptops are typically not needed (unless otherwise stated in the course description or in the email joining instructions).
All attendees receive a copy of the course materials. We often give free Scrum books, practice assessments and eLearning courses after the class as well.

Students of Scrum.org courses are able to claim 14 PDUs after attending a two-day course, 21 PDUs after attending a three-day course and 7 PDUs for a one-day course.Please note that PMI PDUs are earned for course attendance and not for passing a Scrum.org assessment. Students can claim PDUs under PMI’s “Education courses provided by other third-party providers” category.

You can cancel and receive a full refund up to 21 days before the start date of your course. Visit our course policy page to learn more.

If the instructor postpones or cancels a class, you are entitled to a full refund or a transfer to another of our listed courses. We recommend that transport and accommodation are not booked until the email is received from us confirming the joining instructions around 7 days before the start of the course.We will not be responsible for any loss incurred by a customer as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.

Invoices must be paid within 14 days and no later than 14 days before your selected course date in order to secure your place.Registrations for overdue unpaid invoices may be cancelled without further notice.
The order confirmation email is sent automatically to the email address supplied in the Billing Details section of your order. No order confirmation email or invoice is sent to the attendee(s).

Payments are made to our parent company – No Limits Media Solutions. This name will appear on your invoice.
